Mary most recently received an Emmy Award in 2019 for her reportage on the devastating gas explosions in Merrimack Valley. Mary also received two Emmy Awards in 2017, one for Continuous Coverage and the other for her coverage of the “Taunton Rampage” story, which contributed to WCVB winning the prestigious Best Newscast prize. She received the award in 2001 after receiving three nominations for the Individual Achievement Emmy Award for her work as an anchor.
