Oakley Neil H T Caesar-Su, professionally known as Central Cee, has the artistic instincts and benovelent nature that is sure to enable him win countless hearts in future. Hailing from Shepherd`s Bush in London United Kingdom, he is a gifted songwriter, rapper and singer. Heavily inspired by his community`s rich culture and history, Oakley has proved that determination and hard work can out weigh luck. The release of the singles ‘Day in the Life’ and’Loading’ brought him to the limelight in 2020.Come March 12th 2021 he released his first mixtape ‘Wild West’ which made it to number two 0n the UK Albums Chart.

Rachel Caesar met Central Cee`s father when she was fifteen years of age and began dating him against the will of her parents. Her parents then decided to cut her of financially due to her disobedience. When Oakley was seven years old his parent separated and together with his two brothers and mother began living in Shepherd`s Bush. Central Cee would occasionally visit his father Caesar-Su who introduced him to American hip-hop. Notting Hill carnival exposed young Central to reggae and dancehall. Juke Caesar ,one of his younger brothers featured on the 23 mixtape under a musical name ‘Lil Bro’.

He once worked at a shoe store for three weeks only to find out his wage didn`t meet expectations and quit. He took to selling drugs which was “as normal as learning to ride a bike where he was coming from” as he puts it. Oakley made his first public appearance on a now deleted episode of Charlie Sloth`s Fire in The Streets in 2014 from where he adopted the stage name ‘Central Cee’ (traditionally ‘Central C’). In January 2015 he made his debut song appearance on the ‘Ain`t On Nuttin Remix’ featuring J Hus. February the same year he dropped ‘Street Heat Freestyle’. Additionally he performed verses to Tupac Instrumentals alongside Mo West on the music platform BL@CKBOX.
Oakley met his manager YBeeez in 2019.The same year he switched from auto-tuned hip-hop to a style similar to UK drill. He went ahead to release ‘Day in Life’ in June 2020 followed by ‘Molly’ in July. Further success came with ‘Loading’ on 22 October 2020. Debuting at number two in the UK Albums Chart and ranked one in the UK R&B Albums Chart came his self-released mixtape, ‘Wild West’.
Oakley started modelling on 6 April 2021 for Drake`s Nike X Nocta ,fronted ‘Neve World’ in December 2022. He also worked for JD, a sport clothing shop in the UK.
