Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (Joe Biden) was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He was the first born to Catherine Eugenia Finnegan Biden and Joseph Robinette Biden. From Scranton, Biden started a life journey that would go through Wilmington to the White House. Biden represented Delaware for 36 years in the US Senate before becoming the 47th Vice President of the United States. Biden became president of the USA on the 20th January 2021 under the Democratic party.
