Tomi Rae Augustus Lahren, a conservative American political analyst, and television host was born on August 11, 1992. She served as Tomi’s host on TheBlaze, where she became well-known for her “last thoughts” short-form video segments, in which she frequently criticized liberal politics. She was dubbed a “rising media celebrity” by The New York Times after many of her videos went viral. After asserting during an interview on The View that she thought women should have access to abortions on a legal basis, Lahren was fired from TheBlaze in March 2017.

She later began working for the Donald Trump-supporting advocacy group Great America Alliance, and in August 2017 she became a contributor for Fox News. Tomi now contributes to a number of shows on the Fox News and Fox Business networks, co-hosts Outnumbered on occasion, and hosts the talk show No Interruption on Fox Nation. She provided insight on the 2015 Chattanooga shootings in a video that went viral in July of that year. On August 19, Lahren made the announcement that she had finished her final performance with OANN. In November 2015, she relocated to Texas and launched a new program with TheBlaze. According to the terms of the settlement, Lahren preserved her Facebook page but took down videos she had created with TheBlaze. Lahren started working in communications for Great America Alliance, a branch of the sizable pro-Donald Trump super PAC led by Newt Gingrich and Rudy Giuliani, in May 2017. Tomi called her work there a “side gig” and stated she will go back to commentating on television. Lahren began contributing to Fox News in August 2017.
