Ann served as the weekday evening meteorologist at WSAZ-TV, the primary television station for the Huntington-Charleston area in West Virginia, before moving to Boston. There, she predicted and covered the devastating West Virginia flooding in June 2016 as well as the January 2016 blizzard that dumped over three feet of snow on the Appalachian Mountains.

She was previously a member of the weather crew at KGWN in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she received the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters “Best Weather Broadcaster” award.
