Chris Wallace was born Christopher Wallace on 12th October 1947. Wallace is an American broadcast journalist. Chris is best known for his tough and wide-ranging interviews, for which he is often compared to his father, Mike Wallace, 60 Minutes journalist. As a teenager, Chris became an assistant to Walter Cronkite during the 1964 Republican National Convention. After graduating from Harvard University, Wallace worked as a national reporter for The Boston Globe where he was described by his boss as an “aggressive and ambitious reporter”.
