Popular American journalist Andre Senior is currently an anchor and reporter for KTVU Channel 2 in the Bay Area of California. He returned to California after leaving Sacramento in 2008 when he joined the station in January 2018. Senior was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and emigrated to the United States in the 1980s with his parents and three sisters. He lived in North Miami Beach and attended North Miami Beach High School before enrolling in and completing his studies at Florida International University.

Senior began his television career as a news writer at WSVN in Miami, where he quickly advanced to the position of the news producer.
