Olmo graduated from high school in May 2017 and, thanks to his mother, he grew up listening primarily to rap and Spanish music. His father introduced him to rock bands like The Fray while listening to Jay-Z. He lost his job at United Parcel Service in 2019 and began posting his music on SoundCloud. “Cutthroat,” his debut single, has been heard more than 5 million times.

Jxdn, an American singer and Tiktok sensation, and Omo worked together on “Tonight,” the third single off Jxdn’s debut studio album “Tell Me About Tomorrow,” on October 21 of the same year.
