Megan Hickey is a journalist from the United States who presently works as an investigative reporter for CBS2 Chicago. She joined ABC7 Eyewitness News in October 2018 and focuses on relevant investigative stories. Hickey also worked at Cleveland’s WEWS-TV and South Bend, Indiana’s WNDU-TV.
Her accomplishments include receiving a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award in 2015 for her investigative reporting on a woman who was seriously burned when her car’s fuel tank caught fire. She also received a Regional Emmy Award in 2017 for her coverage of a now-convicted serial killer.
Hickey graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism with a Master of Science in Journalism.
