Anthony pursued a childhood interest and earned a bachelor’s degree in atmospheric sciences from Lyndon State College (now Vermont State University). After completing an internship at WLNE-TV in Providence and forecasting for News 7 on the Lyndon campus, he got engaged with the broadcast side of meteorology.

Anthony is a Boston/New England Emmy Award winner and a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) with the American Meteorological Society.

Anthony enjoys watching Boston sports, riding snowmobiles or motorcycles (depending on the season), riding with his fiancée and their dog Willow, and eating some of the best Italian food Rhode Island has to offer, thanks to his family and the fantastic restaurants in the area.
