Before moving to Fox News, Cain worked at ESPN Radio where he was the host of The Will Cain Show. The show ran from January 2, 2018, to June 26, 2020. Apart from ESPN, Will has also been a contributor for The Blaze and CNN, appearing frequently on Starting Point, a morning program hosted by Soledad O’Brien.
